Welcome the Nephrology Division
at Elmhurst Hospital Center
The Nephrology Fellowship at Elmhurst equips trainees for a successful career as an academic leader or a clinical practitioner. We provide a diverse and comprehensive nephrology experience through rotations at different institutions like Elmhurst Hospital Center, Queens Hospital Center, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Broadway Dialysis Center. Fellows gain expertise in consultative nephrology and patient care, encompassing acute and chronic dialysis, transplantation, hypertension management, and nephrolithiasis treatment. An optional critical care training year at Mount Sinai Hospital furnishes fellows with a unique skillset, allowing them to leverage their combined nephrology and critical care knowledge to best fit their career goals and aspirations.
